Special Knowledge and Skills Required: Strong communication skills required along with the ability to comprehend and generate technical specifications and able to work individually or within team constraints. Required experience: object oriented software programming, database development (SQL preferred), development in a Windows environment, rapid application development in the Engineering realm, extensive experience with VB/.NET programming, and previous participation in Client/Server and/or Mobile architecture design. A B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
Technical Service Representative II (Job #0604) Brief Description of Job Duties: Monaco Enterprises, a leader in supplying government agencies with fire and force protection systems, is seeking a Technical Service Representative II. This position requires journeyman level experience with all or some of the following: Fire, Security, Mass Notification, and Control Systems. Applicant must positively represent the company and products while working independently interfacing with customers and contractors.
Special Knowledge and Skills Required: Electronics degree and/or NICET certification; strong professional and interpersonal skills; experience in using standard Microsoft XP/Windows 2000 programs; extensive domestic and occasional international travel. Preferred: experience installing, inspecting, testing systems and training; experience in field programming alarm systems using laptop and basic computer networking.
