The housing is made from rugged cast aluminum and is finished in a grey wrinkle finish. The foot rail is designed to minimize false alarms, bu permits unobstructed operation when required. A simple upward toe movement trips the alarm. An indicator flag on the foot rail locks in when the alarm is tripped. The indicator flag is reset with a key.
