This information is stored on the hard drive and recorded on the internal DVD drive. The logged information can be played as it is recorded. The logger supports up to 48 communication channels for calls. Searching and sorting through the logged calls is fast and easy as the calls are stored in the order they were received. Operators can quickly recreate events, compile comprehensive call records, find specific users, sort, search, play, and edit calls. The voice recorder features a 4 line by 40 character backlit LCD, which indicates the status of all communication channels. The calls can be heard from the internal panel speaker, external speaker, headphone, or remotely through connected PCs. The voice recorder can be controlled from the font panel and/or remotely from a pc connected to the logger through an RS232/RS485 or Ethernet connection. Front panel control allows the call list to be viewed, tagged, played, and searched by date/date, next message, channel number, or saved message. Remote control allows searching the call records by time/date, channel number, duration, telephone number, optional code, between two points in time, and between specific dates. PC Remote Control software for Windows allows access the logged information through an RS232/RS485 connection. PC Network Access software for Windows or a standard Windows browser allows access to the logged information through an Ethernet connection. The PC Reproducer ArchiveReview software allows the logged data stored on RAM/DVDs to be retrieved from a connected PC. The voice recorder is offered in models with 8 to 48 communication channels. Eight and 16 channel upgrades are offered. Maximum channel capacity per voice recorder is 48. Hard drive upgrades expand the 2500 hour hard drive capacity to 4900 or 10,000 hours of calls.
