To call dial (509) 926-6277 and ask for the Seminar Coordinator; write to the attention of the Seminar Coordinator at Monaco Enterprises, P. O. Box 14129, Spokane, WA 99214-0129. All classes must be prepaid before attending. Payment can be made by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). Monaco will send a confirmation letter to the registering student upon confirmation of payment and a completed registration form. We will accept the Government IMPAC card! Form 1556 will not be accepted for training class registration. Checks should be made payable to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. All registrants will receive a confirmation letter from Monaco Enterprises upon receipt of a completed registration form.
