Cancellations and Substitutions In the event that the person(s) registered for a Training Class from your organization cannot attend, and a substitute is not available to take the place of the registered person, contact Monaco Enterprises immediately. Since class sizes are limited, there is often a waiting list. Early notification of a cancellation may mean that someone on the waiting list will be able to attend the class. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation that is received at least ten working days prior to the start of the training class entitles the registrant to a full refund. Registrations that are canceled less than ten days prior to the start of the training class are subject to a $50.00 service charge. If no prior notice of cancellation is received, forfeiture of the entire registration fee will result; if payment has not already been made, the registrant or sponsoring organization will be invoiced for the full amount of the registration fee. Cancellations made by telephone must be confirmed in writing. Monaco Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class.
