Cancellation/Substitutions If the registered student or substitute from your organization cannot attend, contact the Training Class Coordinator immediately. Since class sizes are limited, there is often a waiting list. Early notification of cancellation may enable someone else to attend. Cancellation Policy A full refund is provided to those whose cancellation is received at least TEN working days prior to the start of the training class. Registrations canceled less than ten working days prior to the start of the training class are subject to a $75.00 service charge. Cancellations made by telephone must be confirmed in writing. If no prior notice of cancellation is received, the entire registration fee is forfeited. Monaco Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class.
